The Site is intended for adults aged 18 or over who are located in the United States. You may not use the Site or attempt to place an order if you are under 18. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide about yourself is truthful, current and complete. Prescription products are available only in states where the prescribing service is licensed; the current list appears on our contact page.

3. Relationship between this Site and the product

thehardrx.com is an independent informational and referral website. We are not the manufacturer, the prescribing medical practice or the dispensing pharmacy. Orders are completed on the merchant's own secure checkout, and the sale, prescription review, fulfilment, billing, shipping and customer service for that order are governed by the merchant's terms and privacy policy, which you should read before purchasing. We do not process payments, we do not handle prescriptions and we do not hold your payment details.

Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior understanding on that subject.
